Easy Cheap Meals for Students

A real quick meal if you have a George Foreman Grill is a chicken quesadilla.

4 oz. cooked chicken breast

1 oz. cooked sliced onions

1 oz. cooked sliced peppers

2 oz. blended grated cheese(Monterrey jack,cheddar,Swiss)or just plain cheddar

1 preferably whole wheat tortilla

sprinkle of taco seasoning or chili powder and cumin if you don't have taco seasoning

Pam or olive oil spray



Sprinkle your seasoning on your chicken breast and grill it till its completely done.

our can also cook your onions and peppers also on the George Foreman just slicing them and spraying them with oil spray cooking them after the chicken.Slice your chicken in strips then add your peppers and onions and cheese place in the middle of your tortilla and fold it in 1/2.once you have done this then place the quesadilla on the grill and brown.



Optional serve it with a low fat sour cream and Tomato salsa.
Tips:If you like guacamole use the brand Wholly Guacamole find it tin the supermarket.

Also you can use Purdue cooked chicken if you want.It saves a step if you don't like cooking raw chicken
