Here is a great dry rub for grilling for Father's Day.It goes great with all meat and even fish !
2 tbl. salt
2 tbl. coarse black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tbl. white pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbl. Paul Prudhomme's blackened seasoning
1 tbl. chili powder
Mix everything together and sprinkle over the meat..This Dry rub will keep for weeks.
